Account and personal data removal request
Request deletion of your Ambitionz account data.
Ambitionz is currently in beta. Users may request removal of account-related data used for login, gameplay progression, deck data, collection data, match records, feedback and operational beta testing.
1. How to request deletion
To request account or data deletion, contact the Ambitionz project administrator through the available beta support or feedback channel.
Signed-in Rebirth players can also open /rebirth/support to export their account data, reset beta progress or request permanent deletion from the self-service support surface.
You may also submit a request through the feedback page and include the title: Account Data Deletion Request.
2. Information to include
Include the email address or username associated with the account so the project administrator can identify the correct records.
3. Data covered by deletion
Deletion may include account profile data, login-related records, progression, deck and collection data, match records, feedback records and operational test logs associated with the account.
4. Data that may be retained temporarily
Some operational records may be retained for a limited time if required for security, abuse prevention, debugging, legal compliance or platform review obligations.
5. LGPD request review
Requests related to access, correction, export, review or deletion are handled through the support channel and reviewed against account ownership, security and legal-retention requirements.
6. Beta reset notice
Because Ambitionz is in beta, test accounts, progression, rewards, matches and logs may also be reset as part of normal development and balancing operations.
